- The Departments are requested to follow the CPD Calendar for their academic activities. If it is not feasible to conduct CPD Programme on the mentioned date, the CPD is to be organized in that week preferably on Sunday.
- If a change in date is needed due to N.M.C/K.N.R.U.H.S Inspections, University / Internal Examinations, Evaluation Duties, Non availability of Resource / Scientific Personnel on the said dates or any other departmental reason, the CPD may be organized at a later date as per the convenience of the organizing department and it has to be intimated to CPD Committee (esicmchsnrepd@gmail.com).
- The CPD request has to be forwarded from CPD Chairman only and not to submit directly from the concerned department.
- CPD may be organized Online/Offline depending on the prevalent situation/ convenience of the organizing department.
- Prior intimation has to be given 4 weeks before the date of CPD to the committee.
- The total number of registrations allowed is approximately 100 for delegates.
- A maximum of 20 support staff (including student volunteers, housekeeping, etc).
- There should be mandatory pre-registration for the delegates either through email of the concerned department or through any other online mode.
- On spot registration should be made available only for a maximum of 30 outside delegates.
- It is the responsibility of the organizing departments to provide lunch only to
- registered delegates.
- Organizing departments may also take appropriate measures to ensure maximum presence of delegates for the entire period of the CPD.
- For this, Form 1 & 2 have to be submitted to CPD Committee chairman (esicmchsnrepd@gmail.com). The same will be forwarded to administrative office for further necessary action
- Preferably all the CPD's / Workshop / Seminar to be organized with credit hours.
- For applying the credit hours, TSMC application form (Form 3) to be filled and submitted in the TSMC at least 14 days prior to the date of organizing the programme. As well as a message need to be sent to the CPD Chairman.
- It is to be clearly mentioned on the programme brochures that Registration is free but mandatory, and money in any form should not be collected from the delegates. In case of Programmes organized with collaboration of any societies / organizations, the organizing secretary should take the responsibility that the registration fee is collected by the concerned society / organization only. And at least 20% of total registrations should be free and to be allocated for the ESIC employees.
- Information to be given to Audio-visual Aids In-charge along with request letter. • CPD certificate proforma to be used and a copy of the printed certificate to be submitted to the CPD committee.
- A checklist maybe used for the convenience of the department organizing CPD for smooth functioning of the event with details of topic, speakers, number of days, date, time, venue, expenditure for transport (outstation and local), tea, snacks, lunch and dinner, accommodation details, TSMC credit hours application & expenditure, CPD certificates and brochure printing and miscellaneous items required.
- Feedback to be taken from the delegates attending the CPD through CPD programme evaluation form. And the feedback to be submitted to the CPD Committee with analysis.
- Detailed report of the CPD (Form 5& 6) to be submitted to the committee within 4 days after the completion of CPD.
- CPD Programmes are to be organized mandatorily as per the CPD Roster given.
